He was subsequently employed by the German Skating Union as a national training centre coach for young talent and juniors. As a coach, he guided athletes to Junior and Senior Grand Prix events in both singles and pairs. They qualified for and competed in Junior World Championships, European Championships and World Championships. Patricia is currently enjoying a successful career as a show skater.
