The coaching team
(We speak German & English)
Steffen Hörmann
Experienced choreographer in competitive sports with several German junior titles. 10 years of show experience, including Holiday on Ice and Disney on Ice. Choreographer for "Dancing on Ice".
Kati Schneider
Kati is one of the most successful German ice dancers of all time, who with her partner René Lohse became German champion several times, third at the World Championships and eighth at the Olympic Games in Salt Lake City. Today, Kati works as a TV presenter and occasionally takes to the ice as a guest coach at the SKATE Club and other ice skating camps.
Lauren Anderson
Lauren grew up in Minnesota, USA and started figure skating at the age of seven. After competing extensively in the US and Canada and receiving her two gold medals in freestyle and moves, Lauren joined "Disney On Ice" where she performed in over 5,000 shows worldwide. During her time on the show, she was the main soloist and adagio skater, understudied in an aerial act on the ice and held the role of "Ladies Line Captain". After her active touring days, Lauren began giving private lessons as well as group classes and also skated on the side with the American Ice Theater. She enjoys working with skaters of all ages and skill levels - from beginner to advanced. Since moving to Germany in 2020, Lauren is excited to be part of the figure skating community and share her passion for the sport.
